The proposal “Naboetasjen” (The neighborhood’s floor) won third place at KLP’s idea competition in 2020. It proposed that the Red Cross would inhabit the space of the top floor of KLP’s new high-rise BG14B, making it an inclusive space in the city of Oslo.
