The project designs a new housing area on an empty plot at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. The housing is organized in three clusters, where every collective of housing has a shared garden, which is elevated to give privacy. These elevations are visible within some of the houses, creating a variety of spaces. The waterfront is transformed into a public pier which gives the city an access point to the water.
